I have done the laser and it doesnt work! Save your $$. You need to see a skin doctor and have something perscribed, like an anti-biotic and a topical cream or gel. I suggest Ziana- a new acne gel. It works! Also, ask about minocycline or accutane if its really bad. Accutane will clear it up. In the meantime, wash your face with cool water, never hot! And dont use scrubs or toners, they will aggrivate it more. Try Cetaphil face wash and moisturizer. They are mild and gentle.

Using lasers??? What, is Han Solo gonna come shoot at the knots on your face? Why not save your money and pop them yourself. Or how about smearing some of that crap on your face i saw on tv...thats supposed to get rid of face-knots (Jessica Simpson was on it).
Laser Treatment for acne is like using toilet paper to pick up a bowling ball. You might think you can do it but ultimately it will be a waste of time. This is especially pointless if you are young, because your body will adapt and it will make it harder to get rid of them the second time around.
