Is there any other treatment to clear acne scarring and pot holes in the skin apart from laser?

Laser surgery has come of age, look into fractional laser therapy (Fraxek) or pulsed dye laser therapy.

Tell the doctor if you have been on Acutane, he cannot do laser until 6 months after you have used this.Is there any other treatment to clear acne scarring and pot holes in the skin apart from laser?
My girlfriend has had great success treating scars with a derma roller.

It is basically a skin roller with tiny pins in it which tickle when you roll it over your skin. Scars are often due to a lack of collagen in the skin - which makes skin smooth, supple and tight - but a derma roller triggers your skin's natural healing process to generate more collagen.

It also helps your favourite creams penetrate the skin better. Without it, over 90% of your cream is left on the outside of your skin!

Negative effects have never been reported, so it is very safe, and yet very effective at evening out your skin.

There is an article about acne scars here:

Good luck with it!Is there any other treatment to clear acne scarring and pot holes in the skin apart from laser?
You can always try Mederma. And you can always go to the Dermatologist, and get a chemical peel, if lifts away the dead skin cells so new healthy ones can form. If you don't want to go that route, and you can always do the home remedy way and apply lemon juice on a cotton ball and apply to the scars.

Good luck! :)
Use a luffa and some face wash. Try to ';sand'; off the marks and holes by rubbing vigorously but don't make it bleed. After a few weeks of this, your scars will begin to fade. The longer you do this, the clearer your skin will become. Use a light moisturizer after washing to keep your facial skin moist.
