I cant help you with the laser condition but, i know that acutane works, go you a dermatologist and see if he will start you on that, the side effects sound awful but there not, you may be very dry and want to stop taking it but im on my 5th month and its worked so far... just one more monthDoes Laser Acne Treatments hurt?
Dont do laser! it'll cost serious money! if you want a really good remedy, buy Himalaya Herbals Neem face wash. It really works good. I know because I use it. It might not work as well on your current acne, but it'll stop more from cropping up.
